As part of our mission to create a more inclusive future, we are proud to give individuals and businesses the opportunity to learn how to empower those with disabilities, health conditions, and neurodiverse ways of thinking. Our three-hour Workplace Awareness Workshops, led by seasoned workplace coaches and psychologists, offer a deep dive into understanding and supporting diverse cognitive styles in the workplace. From recognising neurodiversity to exploring its impact on thinking and communication, our training equips participants with practical strategies for attaining remarkable outcomes and leveraging the unique strengths of all team members.

ADHD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, affects the brain’s impulse control, self-regulation, and inhibition. While it comes with its challenges, it also brings unique strengths such as strong 3D visual skills and novel problem-solving. However, these differences may lead to difficulties in attention to detail, concentration, and task completion. In our 3-hour session designed for teams and managers (6-15 participants), we cover vital topics including: recognizing ADHD in the workplace, understanding how co-occurring conditions like anxiety and depression impact thinking and communication, exploring the strengths and challenges ADHD individuals face at work, and providing effective strategies for all workplaces.

Within our Deaf Awareness Training we delve into the intricacies of understanding and supporting individuals with deafness in the workplace. This session equips participants with essential knowledge and skills to create an inclusive environment. From understanding the diverse aspects of deafness to learning basic British Sign Language (BSL) and lipreading techniques, we cover various communication methods crucial for effective interaction. Additionally, we explore the significance of accommodating technology, such as video conferencing, to facilitate seamless communication.

Our Autism Awareness training sessions serve as an introductory exploration into neurodiversity, delivered by professional workplace coaches and psychologists specialising in this field. With years of experience in assessing, coaching, and training in diverse work environments, our experts are adept at helping individuals and organisations adapt to ensure that the unique abilities and talents of neurominorities can thrive. Autism, often described as a spectrum due to the wide variation in experiences, is best visualised as a colour wheel, with each individual exhibiting distinct strengths and challenges. Our CPD accredited sessions, suitable for groups of 6-15 participants, cover essential topics including: recognising neurodiversity in the workplace, understanding how neurodivergence impacts thinking and communication, exploring strengths and challenges, and providing strategies for success.

Discover the importance of dyslexia awareness with our comprehensive training session. Led by highly qualified psychologists or coaches, our sessions shed light on this often-misunderstood condition. Dyslexia impacts individuals’ thinking and communication skills differently. Our course delves into the complexities of dyslexia, covering its workings, effects, strengths, and weaknesses. Learn why it’s crucial to recognise dyslexia in the workplace and implement practical strategies and reasonable adjustments to support dyslexic individuals effectively. Whether your team is a small or big, our training can be tailored to suit your needs and seniority levels.

In today’s world, mental health is as vital as physical health, and our coaching aims to equip individuals with strategies to manage, develop, and enhance their well-being while addressing cognitive differences that may arise due to poor mental health. This workshop will cover a range of strategies tailored to empower individuals in various aspects of their mental health journey, as well as equipping managers with the tools they need to support team members facing mental health challenges. We explain how to craft a personalised plan that aligns with the individuals unique needs and goals, which will often involve topics such as: setting time and space boundaries, utilising calming techniques, and managing distractions.

Navigating the workplace with sight loss can present unique challenges for individuals and their colleagues. In our Sight Loss Awareness Workshop, participants gain a deeper understanding of the experiences and needs of individuals with visual impairments. Led by experienced professionals, this session covers topics such as assistive technology, communication techniques, and creating inclusive environments that accommodate diverse visual needs. Participants will leave with practical strategies for fostering inclusivity and supporting and understanding colleagues with sight loss in the workplace.

Stress and anxiety are common experiences in the modern workplace, impacting productivity, well-being, and overall performance. Our Stress & Anxiety Awareness Workshop offers participants insights into recognising, managing, and reducing stress and anxiety in themselves and their colleagues. Through interactive sessions led by mental health professionals, participants will learn practical coping strategies, relaxation techniques, and mindfulness practices to promote a healthier and more resilient work environment.

The menopausal transition can bring a range of physical and emotional changes that may impact women in the workplace. Our Menopause Awareness Workshop provides education and support to help individuals and organizations navigate this often overlooked aspect of diversity and inclusion. Led by experts in women’s health and workplace well-being, this workshop covers topics such as understanding menopause symptoms, creating supportive workplace policies, and fostering a culture of openness and inclusivity around menopause.

In an increasingly digital world, ensuring accessibility for all is essential. Our Digital Accessibility Awareness Workshop equips participants with the knowledge and skills to create digital content and platforms that are inclusive and accessible to individuals with disabilities. Led by experts in digital accessibility, this workshop covers topics such as web accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and best practices for designing accessible user experiences. Participants will learn how to identify and address barriers to digital access, ultimately enhancing the usability and reach of their digital products and services.
