Microlink is proud to share exciting news from our partners at PurpleSpace, the global hub for disability employee resource groups and networks. As part of the 2025 #PositivelyPurple movement, PurpleSpace has launched a groundbreaking free learning course, Building Inner Confidence, designed to empower employees with disabilities worldwide. This initiative aligns perfectly with our shared mission to create inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
PurpleSpace, the world’s only networking and professional development hub for disability employee resource groups (ERGs) and networks, have launched a free, groundbreaking new learning course ‘Building Inner Confidence’.
The free, 14-part course offers practical insights and tools to help employees with disabilities build and sustain inner confidence at work. It will be available globally to any employee with a disability, reinforcing PurpleSpace’s mission to empower disabled employees to thrive in inclusive workplaces.
The learning is available on the PurpleSpace website here, and a promotional video is available here for organisation to use to promote the course.
The launch was held on 5 November, with events taking place in Sydney, Bangalore, London, Washington D.C and Toronto, bringing together disability leader at a local level to celebrate the 2025 #PositivelyPurple movement – sponsored by Novartis and Tesco.
#PositivelyPurple is an annual movement which celebrates and amplifies disability inclusion across the world of work. This year’s theme continues PurpleSpace’s mission to develop a universal definition of inner confidence.
