Schools are facing increasing expectations around inclusion, belonging, attendance, wellbeing, Assistive Technology (AT) and the responsible use of AI. To help schools respond confidently and effectively, Microlink Education is launching its Neuroinclusive Classroom Community of Practice (CoP) Offer for Autumn 2026.
Developed to support sustainable whole-school improvement, the programme brings together evidence-based training, expert-led coaching, practical resources and access to emerging technologies that can help create more inclusive learning environments for all pupils.
For less than £15 per month, (a special offer for schools already in our Community of Practice, slightly more for new learning communities) schools can access a growing library of resources, professional development opportunities and a collaborative Community of Practice designed to support staff at every level.
Four Connected Areas of Support
Growing the Use of Assistive Technology in Mainstream Classrooms
Our flagship Be ThAT Teacher and Be ThAT TA coaching programmes have helped teachers and teaching assistants understand the power of Assistive Technology to remove barriers to learning, promote independence and improve outcomes for learners in both primary and secondary settings.
School leaders also benefit from our Audit Framework, which helps shape strategic improvement plans and supports alignment with Inclusive Mainstream Fund (IMF) reporting requirements.
Microlink Neuro-Essentials
A strong understanding of how the brain develops underpins effective inclusive practice.
Available from September, Neuro-Essentials provides every member of staff with access to a growing collection of microlearning resources covering topics such as:
- Neurodivergence
- Executive Function
- Masking
- Meltdowns and Burnout
- Belonging and inclusion
- Practical classroom strategies
The resources are available 24/7 and are suitable for all staff, including governors and leadership teams.
Courses and Training Opportunities
Community of Practice schools gain access to a programme of online and face-to-face learning opportunities throughout the academic year.
These sessions are designed to build practical knowledge, confidence and capability across school communities, while creating opportunities to learn from colleagues facing similar challenges.
Handpicked AT and AI
Technology continues to evolve rapidly, creating both opportunities and challenges for schools.
Through our Handpicked AT and AI programme, we regularly showcase carefully selected technologies that can help improve accessibility, reduce workload and transform learner outcomes.
And we offer this to your school community at a special price equivalent to less than £15 per month! Schools that we have not worked with have a much higher associated cost.
We can do this because today’s technologies offer economy of scale, creating a vibrant Community of Practice (CoP), sharing approaches and resources across as many as a thousand school communities at prices that would have been impossible even a few years’ ago!

Featured AT and AI Resource: SENShine
Our most recent Handpicked AT and AI webinar featured SENShine, a transformative platform that is quickly becoming an essential tool for SENDCos and wider inclusion teams.
The session explored how schools can turn learner insights into practical classroom strategies, reduce administrative workload without losing the human element, and provide teachers with accessible, real-time guidance to support learners more effectively.
We also discussed how technology can help schools scale inclusive practice, support earlier intervention and deliver better outcomes for pupils.
If you missed the live session, you can now watch the webinar recording and learn more about the platform.
