Creating a sense of belonging
Belonging is a fundamental human need and a cornerstone of learning, wellbeing, and personal growth.
Drawing on evidence-based strategies and frameworks, we explore practical approaches to strengthen belonging, focussing especially on neurodivergent children, new migrants, and other vulnerable groups.
- Wednesdays @ 1.30-3pm | 29th April 2026 | 13th May 2026 | 20th May 2026
- Wednesdays @ 3.30-5pm | 3rd June 2026 | 17th June 2026 | 8th July 2026
Building resilience in an age of anxiety
We live in a world that seems designed to provoke anxiety, fuelling an ever-growing mental‑health crisis across our school communities. This course takes a bold, strengths‑based approach to building resilience, moving away from deficit models that view people as “problems to be fixed.” Instead, it explores how children, adolescents and adults can grow the capacity to adapt, recover, and thrive through adversity.
- Thursdays @ 1:30-3:00PM| 30th Apr 2026 | 14th May 2026 | 20th May 2026
Emotional mastery for leaders and managers
Lead Calmly – Connect Deeply – Perform Brilliantly
Lead with clarity, empathy and composure, even when the heat is on.
In today’s high pressure public service landscape, whether leading Local Authority teams, schools and academies or third sector organisations, emotionally intelligent leadership is essential. Drawing on neuroscience, psychology, and evidence-based coaching strategies, participants will learn to self-regulate under pressure, interpret emotional cues, and foster constructive dialogue – even in the most challenging scenarios.
- Tuesdays @ 3:30-5:00pm | 5th May 2026 | 19th May 2026| 2nd June 2026
