Building Resilience in an Age of Anxiety

Building Resilience That Lasts

NEW: For primary and secondary middle leaders, senior leaders and governors

We live in a world that seems designed to provoke anxiety, fuelling an ever-growing mental‑health crisis across our school communities. This course takes a bold, strengths‑based approach to building resilience, moving away from deficit models that view people as “problems to be fixed.” Instead, it explores how children, adolescents and adults can grow the capacity to adapt, recover, and thrive through adversity.
