We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are dissatisfied with your goods and you wish to return them, Microlink PC requires confirmation (via post, email, fax or phone) of cancellation, which must be received within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
If you wish to alter your order once delivery has been confirmed you must notify Microlink PC at least 3 working days prior to your delivery date. Any alterations to your order within 3 working days of your delivery may incur a restocking fee.
Items are to be returned at the customer’s expense and are the responsibility of the customer to ensure adequate carriage and insurance is in place for the value of the goods. We would recommend any returned item is sent recorded delivery and proof of postage is kept as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Special order items are obtained at customers request and are not always able to be returned, items that can be returned may be liable to a restocking fee.
An item being returned must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Microlink cannot accept the return of registered or activated software.
Training/Installation appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice to either Microlink PC or Microlink Cilnet prior to your session; cancellation within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a cancelation fee (exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis).
This will not affect your statutory rights.
