Three simple steps to ordering.

Are you in receipt of your DSA 2 letter?

It should look like one of these five:

STEP 1: Placing Orders

To process an order, Microlink will require a copy of your approval letter. This is either a DSA 2 or an NHS Bursary entitlement.

  • Your name and delivery address (let us know if it’s not correct)
  • Your customer or students reference number
  • An entitlement or approved funding table

PLACE ORDER

Please check that all details are correct. Include your mobile number and email. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your information.

STEP 2:  Confirmation 

Within 24 hours of receiving your information, a confirmation letter will be emailed to you. You will now be in our database.

At this point you may contact Microlink regarding a delivery date and any payment that is required. Your £200 contribution and any upgrade costs are due at this time.

If  you are an NHS or SAAS student, we take your payment and arrange delivery.

STEP 3: Upgrades

If you are looking to upgrade your order, please contact Microlink on 0800 999 2620 or alternatively email orders@microlinkpc.com with your requirements.

STEP 4: Delivery / Installation

To confirm your order, Microlink will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. An engineer will contact you aside from this to make the arrangements for the installation to take place.

NOTE: Do not open your boxes until the installation engineer is with you. If your boxes have been damaged, please contact Microlink immediately on 0800 999 2620, otherwise a courier claim can be void.
