Three simple steps to ordering.

Do you have the proper letter?

It should look like one of these three:

STEP 1: Placing Orders

To process an order, we need the first three pages only of your approval letter. This is either a DSA2 or an NHS Bursary approval letter. The remaining pages are confidential and should NOT be sent.
Page 1 shows:

  • Your name and delivery address (let us know if it’s not correct)
  • Your customer or students reference number
  • An entitlement or approved funding table

PLACE ORDER

Please check that all details are correct. Include your mobile number and email. We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your information.

STEP 2:  Confirmation and Upgrades

Within 24 hours of receiving your information, a confirmation letter will be posted or emailed to you. You will now be in our database.

At this point you may contact us about a delivery date and upgrading your order. Your £200 contribution and any upgrade costs are due at this time.

If you’re an NHS or SAAS student, we take your payment and arrange delivery.

 

STEP 3: Delivery / Installation

When your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you about a convenient delivery date. Installation is arranged after your delivery. Both usually take place within 10 days of order confirmation.

NOTE: Do not open your boxes until the installation engineer is with you, otherwise damage claims may be void. If there is transit damage, let us know within 5 working days or your claim cannot be logged.
