Microlink are constantly trying to improve services to students. We are currently implementing the following service improvements, above and beyond the DSA QAG framework.
– Evening and weekend onsite setup and familiarisation sessions (currently available in London with more locations becoming available based upon demand).
– Longer opening hours – We have late night opening on Tuesday and Thursday till 8 pm for order management, customer services, repairs and technical support.
– The training department continues to grow – we are expanding our training team to meet demand from DSA students for training on their assistive technology.
– Ergonomic assessments – we are able to provide onsite ergonomic assessments for students. By implementing our knowledge from our workplace adjustment teams who recognise the benefits that an ergonomic workstation bring to a student’s learning environment. The assessment will explore the student’s environment and recommend ergonomic support where necessary, including chairs, desks, keyboards, mice and document holders.
All products are selected around the student’s study patterns, condition and body shape. Once completed we will send a report around the assessment meeting which identifies products recommended along with a quotation. Assessments can be requested via our DSA team at email@example.com
