An opportunity exists within our Corporate Department for a WPA Specialist.
The Corporate Delivery department is responsible for delivering the various workplace adjustment service offerings Microlink are contracted to provide organisations. This is a demanding and fast paced department that prioritises standards of service to the customer, quality of work delivered, as well as meeting relevant Service Level Agreements within the contracts.
The components of this service delivery department are made up of data entry and customer record management, customer services, and several specialists teams that focus on providing the relevant case management and engagement with individuals by identifying the barriers they face in their role and workplace and recommending reasonable adjustments and solutions. These specialist teams have to balance knowledge, experience and training in disability awareness, assistive technology, ergonomics, relevant HR procedures as well as having excellent communication skills, and with all this a true passion about supporting people and wanting to make a difference.
To be part of this department is to understand that all roles, work and team members matter and have a significant impact on the service delivered to the customer; whether that be accurate data entry, handling escalated customer cases, being the first point of contact for inbound communications or directly managing the cases themselves.
