Microlink wins the “Highly Commended” Global Diversity award for its work in South Africa, Nigeria and The United Arab Emirates.
The company provided the world’s largest private and public sector employers with the means to support their future and existing employees who work with disabilities. Microlink is Europe’s largest multi-award winning provider of Assistive Technology and disability management solutions.
South Africa: Supplying disability products, programs and solutions to support higher literacy and numeracy skills in schools. They also installed over 70 hearing loop systems in top universities and provided literacy support software to the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.
Nigeria: 2013 they opened 5 Assistive Technology centres in Federal teaching colleges.
The United Arab Emirates: built a roadmap to create a more inclusive platform which included ways to promote inclusivity in education and work environments.
Overall, Microlink has been highly active in providing the services deployed in the UK and overseas markets through ground level action and government level campaigning.
