The BDA International Conference 2016 started today and was opened by Lord Addington, Microlink’s Chairman.

The BDA’s 10th International Conference is a landmark event for the BDA, as well as the wider Dyslexic community. Throughout the decades, the IC has brought together leading academics from across the world and provided a platform for cutting edge research and thinking. The three days are an opportunity for the education community to network and build connections which go beyond the life of the conference.

IC:2016 ‘Moving Forward: Challenges and Transitions’ will be an extra special IC! The conference will of course review our past developments and then looks very much to the future… The Challenges and Changes that will occur as our understanding of transitions increases and we move forward! We aim, at this conference to continue to link theory to practice and are delighted to welcome leading academics from around the world as well as teachers and parents. A full programme will offer something for everyone, from all aspects of the debate within dyslexia.
