Cost

Repairs are free of charge for customers currently in their Apple Warranty and/or Microlink Warranty. The company is not liable for defects caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling or by installation, alteration or repair not effected by the company.

For customers out of warranty there is a fee of £45 + VAT for diagnostics and labour. Any parts required will be quoted and need to be paid for.

All of our technicians are Apple certified to identify and resolve problems and errors relating to your Apple products. In addition, we are also an authorised Apple solutions provider and re-seller.

Our service has one of the quickest turn around times in the industry for Macs. We get next day delivery on parts, with 86% of our repairs returned within 5 working days.

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the initial diagnostic. In addition, the price of the diagnostic will be deducted from the price of your repair.

Where Do I Find My Case or Repair ID?

Your Case or Repair ID should have been provided to you at the time you requested service. Your Repair ID is also available in the confirmation email you received from Apple.

Your product's serial number will appear in any repair documentation and service confirmation email when you request service.
